WHITE HORSE DRONES – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of aerial photography and videography services by White Horse Drones ("we", "us", or "our") to the client ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICES

​

1.1. White Horse Drones provides drone-based photography, videography, inspection, and media services for commercial, residential, marketing, event, and related projects.

1.2. All services are subject to weather conditions, flight restrictions, and airspace regulations. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel services if safety or legal requirements cannot be met.

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

​

2.1. A booking is only confirmed once a written agreement or invoice is issued and a deposit is received, if applicable.

2.2. Payment terms are:

• 50% deposit on booking (unless otherwise agreed),

• Balance due within 7 days of final delivery.

2.3. We accept payment via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other agreed methods.

3. CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT

3.1. If you cancel:

• More than 7 days before the agreed date: Full refund of deposit.

• Less than 7 days: Deposit non-refundable.

• Less than 48 hours: Full fee may be charged.

3.2. If we cancel due to weather or flight restrictions, we will reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be given.

4. SITE ACCESS AND PERMISSIONS

​

4.1. You are responsible for securing all necessary permissions to access and film on private property.

4.2. We reserve the right to refuse to fly in unsafe conditions or over areas where legal permissions are not in place.

5. FLIGHT REGULATIONS AND SAFETY

​

5.1. All flights are conducted in accordance with the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.

5.2. White Horse Drones holds valid CAA operational authorisation and insurance.

5.3. We do not operate in restricted airspace or in breach of the Air Navigation Order.

5.4. Flights are weather-dependent. High winds, rain, or fog may cause postponement.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

6.1. All images and footage remain the intellectual property of White Horse Drones unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the media for the agreed purpose.

6.3. You may not resell or license our work to third parties without prior written consent.

7. DELIVERY OF MEDIA

​

7.1. Media will be delivered in the agreed format (e.g., digital download, USB) within 7–14 working days unless otherwise specified.

7.2. Editing and retouching are limited to the agreed scope. Additional edits may incur extra charges.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

8.1. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for:

• Delays due to weather, permissions, or legal restrictions;

• Loss of income or reputation resulting from our media or scheduling;

• Any damage caused by third parties during a shoot.

8.2. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract with you.

9. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

​

9.1. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

9.2. Personal data collected (e.g., name, address, contact info) is used solely to deliver services and maintain records.

9.3. We will not share your data with third parties without consent, unless legally required.

10. MODEL/PROPERTY RELEASES

​

10.1. You are responsible for obtaining model or property releases where necessary.

10.2. We are not liable for claims arising from unlicensed use of identifiable persons or properties in supplied media

11. PROMOTIONAL USE

​

11.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, White Horse Drones reserves the right to use photos/videos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, printed materials)

​

12. GOVERNING LAW

​

12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

​

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

13.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes
